D-A-D est un groupe de hard-rock danois formé à Copenhague au début des années 1980. Créé à l'origine sous le nom Disneyland After Dark, le groupe devient D.A.D en 1989, alors qu'il commence à connaître un succès à l'échelle internationale, pour éviter un procès de la part de la Walt Disney Company. En 2000, il change la ponctuation de son nom en D-A-D.

D-A-D is a Danish rock band. It was originally named "Disneyland After Dark", but had to be renamed after The Walt Disney Company threatened a lawsuit. Their style of music is often categorized as melodic heavy rock. The band has also stylized its name as D.A.D., D•A•D, and D:A:D, each name representing a period in the band's history.
